Welcome back to my blog guys! Today's post is going to be on how to keep your hair longer and healthier. Enjoy!
1. At the end of your shower give your hair a good rinse with cold water, i know its annoying especially in winter, but it keeps your hair healthy!
2. Use coconut oil on your hair, focusing on the tips, and leave in a plait over-night. Then in the morning you can rinse it out. This gives you shiny and healthy looking hair!
3. Try to use natural products in your hair, just because its better for it and it will encourage growth. I like the brands Faith in Nature and Albert Balsam.
4. Use a natural oil in your hair like argon oil or coconut oil, they are really good to keep your hair healthy and long!
5. Minimize the use of heat on your hair like hair-dryers and curlers, it just dries the hair out and encourages frizz.
6. Let your hair dry naturally, and if you are going to use a towel on your hair, pat it dry instead of rubbing it, that will just damage your hair.
7. Eat healthy and drink loads of water, i know you have to do this anyway, but it can really help the healthiness of your hair! Try eating foods like salmon, avocado and eggs, as these can really
help!
8. Finally, don't wash your hair everyday, it will just strip it of its natural oils.
