Tips For Stress+Anxiety

Hello everyone, today's post is going to be a bit different to my normal ones. I'm going to be sharing with you my tips for if your stressed or have anxiety.

Everyone has anxiety, maybe its just because you have a test coming up, or it could be much worse. Here are some tips:

1. Try to stay calm, i know this can be hard but take your mind somewhere else like Hawaii or something, don't think about the thing that's getting you stressed.

2. Go for a walk or a run, this can really help calm yourself. Remember always step outside if you are stressed in a situation.

3. Put some music on, this is a really good way to relive stress and anxiety. Put calming or slow music on instead of punk rock or heavy metal though!

4. Make something, this can help you feel calm and it distracts you from the anxiety. You could make anything from a mini terrarium to a kite!

5. Have a mini pamper evening, you should do this at least once a week. You could run a bath, i recommend putting a bath bomb in too, i really love the lush ones! And just relax!

6. Watch Netflix, i do this all the time, but its so relaxing to do nothing, and  maybe have some hot chocolate!

7. Get plenty of sleep, turn of all your electronics and get to sleep early, if you cant sleep i recommend putting a few drops of lavender oil onto a piece of tissue and put it by your pillow! The smell helps you to fall asleep it smells really good too!

7. Drink lots of water, if you're dehydrated then that could lead to stress or just make it worse.
